◄Description

The Model T punching bag is great for working straight punches, uppercuts, and hooks. The Sharp 90 degree angle created in the middle of the bag allows the person using it to work on throwing uppercuts. The thinner lower part allows the person using the bag to work on throwing concentrated body punches. The MMA addition to this punching bag was the extended leg extension. The extension added an addition 30" which brought the total height of the Model T bag to 80". The sharp area of the Model T bag can now be used to practice high knees. The slimmer diameter allows the person using the bag to precision kicking on this model.
