The Cone Punching Bag takes on a new form. The first change is design is the shape of the punching bag. The diameter of the original Cone punching bag is a perfectly round 19" circle. The top diameter of this punching bag is essentially a rectangular oval with a 19" width and an 13" length. The bottom of the upper punching bag has a smaller rectangular diameter which allows the 50" length of the bag to maintain a cone shape. The front of the punching bag is mainly flat to represent the shape of a person. The precision piece is an added feature to simulate the head area of a person. The added lower kicking extension feature can be used for kicking. The added punching bag allows for you to work on leg kicks. Kickboxing and Muay-Thai fighters this punching bag is for you.
