The Cylinder Bag Collection was the first punching bag collection manufactured by Grodex. Time has allowed the Cylinder Bag Collection to grow to 16 models with three main diameters (13″, 16″, 19″.) The 13″ diameter punching bags for fast action movement from the bag. The hitting section comes in three lengths and the customer gets to choose from two logo area sizes. The classic cylinder bag collection stems from 41″-77″ in overall length. These models work best for practicing punches with boxing styles that practice punches from the outside. The hitting section is slim and amount of movement from the bag allows the person to practice head movement. Head movement is a key for practicing boxing on the outside. The slim shape allows the boxer to practice sharp shots from a long range on a slim target. Boxing on the outside is popular with amateur boxing as boxers are required to maintain a high temp of work over short periods of time.
