The Cylinder Bag Collection was the first punching bag collection manufactured by Grodex. The Grodex MMA collection introduces the first two Piece Cylinder Punching Bag. The upper bag has a length of 41" with the remaining 30" taken up by the lower leg extension section. The upper area is slim and allows the person using the bag to work on the upper area as if it was a regular punching bag. The upper bag can be used for straight punches and hooks. The lower section of the bag is made to practice kicks to the legs. Both the upper and lower sections of the punching bag can be kicked.
